Oh yeah, as for the CM, it's the only one that represents me well, since I really love video games (and anime/manga stuff, but there was not a CM representing that). it's the only one I could find fitting at the time...I really have to change that sooner or later. What do you think?

Edit: Finally got the time to change the Cutie Mark with a more suitable one. It's a Caduceus, the staff carried by Hermes in Greek mythology (or Mercury in the Roman one) and one of the medical symbols (the other one is the Rod of Asclepius).
